Delete via Facebook

You can revoke KET’s access from your Facebook settings in a few steps. Once removed, you can send a request from the Removed apps tab to notify us to delete the data linked to your Facebook user ID.

Submit a deletion request through our contact page with your name, registered email, and username or Gamertag if available. Our team reviews requests within 7 business days and confirms once the data is erased.

You may also contact us directly to request removal of your account data from our systems. Include enough details to verify ownership, and we will process your request as soon as possible.

Account and data removal steps

We delete profile details, login records, session tokens, IP logs, and account activity tied to your identity. Some legal or tax records may be retained where required, and anonymous tournament data may remain for bracket integrity.
